This page provides an English information version of the B2B terms and licence structure for 3D Letter Studio.
The German terms and licence agreement remain the legally authoritative version. This English text is intended as a practical overview.
Scope
3D Letter Studio is offered exclusively to businesses, public-law entities and similar professional users. Consumer contracts are excluded.
Subject matter
The software supports the creation, editing, calculation and export of production data for 3D letters, illuminated letters and related applications. Packages may include software access, updates, support or additional modules.
Service scope
The exact scope depends on the selected plan, the product description and the ordering process. We may continue to develop and adapt the software, provided the core contractual purpose is not unreasonably impaired.
Contract formation
A contract is concluded through order confirmation, licence activation, software delivery, provision of a download or licence key, or the acceptance of payment combined with service delivery.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown net of applicable VAT. Billing and subscription handling may be processed through Stripe or comparable providers, depending on the checkout flow.
Customer responsibility
Customers remain responsible for checking generated files, dimensions, production suitability, machine compatibility and all project-specific manufacturing requirements before use.
Warranty and liability
We do not guarantee a specific economic result, production result or suitability for every individual application. Liability is limited in accordance with the German contract text and mandatory law.
Term and termination
Subscriptions generally run for the selected billing period and can be terminated in accordance with the agreed plan conditions and legal requirements.
